This is the worst bank around. I bought a mattress and sent it back to the company. The company said there is a refund I get a call from Woodforest and the company telling me there is no refund but if you go to the companies website it state there is a refund for the bed. The stupid banker lady told the shipping dept lady they were confused on what to do. So this company has my mattress and $1,299.00.
I do my banking here, the people are very nice, I've never had any problems with them, and the BEST THING about this bank is that it is open EVERY DAY except Christmas , VERY CONVENIENT ....
I am very pleased with the service from this bank. Everyone has been knowledgeable and extremely helpful.
They don't tell you things when you add someone to an account which in the end screws
