While we waited for the tow truck, I called 3 Ford dealers with 50 miles. The service department at Dick Scott was by far the friendliest and most willing to help us get back on the road. (One told me it'd be 10 days before he could help me.) Once the tow truck dropped it off, I got the truck signed in with the same courteous service agent I spoke with on the phone.
I cannot say enough good things about the people here. The service department, sales, and finance are top notch. They are all extremely professional, courteous, and fast. We have a Ford dealer in Fairfield and my experience there has not been pleasurable.
I gladly continue to travel 30 miles to do business with this top notch crew in Mexia.

I was traveling with my wife and kids on highway 7 coming from Waco. We crossed the railroad tracks in nearby Kosse at the posted speed, and hitting the uneven asphalt and metal did immediate mechanical damage to my 2010 F-150. I lost all acceleration and power steering.
My family recently bought a new F150 from here. Great dealership. Staff was super and listened to what we where looking for. We want to say THANK YOU to Eric Harwell and his staff. We will definitely tell our friends about this Ford store. It's worth the drive from Waco to Mexia. Kay M
I HATE buying vehicles and getting them serviced, but It has been a pleasure doing business with the employees at Dick Scott Ford!
I was impressed with their honesty (not trying to sell me on work that didn't need to be done), and very pleased with the quality of work done. All done in a timely manner, and in a very busy shop that probably had more profitable jobs waiting.
(Side note: As I waited for a ride, I ate at Jim's Krispy Fried Chicken, which is two blocks away and fantastic)
I had to leave it over night, and worst case scenarios rattled around in my mind as I tried to sleep. Much to my surprise, 24 hours later they had the problem solved. The intake pipe came off the throttle body of my truck and it wasn't getting any air to the engine. It was a simple fix and I was charged $63 for the labor.
I have bought 2 brand new fusions here, both were cleaned nicely when I got in them. The sales men were very helpful with any question I had about the features. I also get all my services done here, on the first and second fusion as well as my mustang. Always are on point and never try to sell me random stuff that's not needed. Any work I have needed done for recall or on my other vehicles and families vehicles has been done right and with out issue. Really nice to have a trusted shop to take my vehicles into. I highly recommend for any ford sales and/or services.
