Generally speaking, when a person states that they will "call you right back", most people would think that it means that day. Not this office! I have never been so disappointed with a state agency. I am starting to get the feeling that this office and individuals do not want the children to already be able to stay with their families. Due to their parental misfortunes, I believe that they still should be able to be within the family! I have tried on a large number of times to try and have a family member stay with me including papers signed by both parents before CPS was involved to care for the child yet they have refused to give it any consideration!!
