I recently had some renovation work done and was in desperate need of new plumbing. They did an excellent job and the work was completed in a timely manner... Job well done!!!!

This time I'm not very happy with Busby's as I think that the charges were way too high for what they were asked to do. I only needed connections completed and drain connected on a new sink/vanity and ended up paying more to do that than I paid for the vanity.
This is the second time I've called Busby's, the first was an emergency call on a Sunday and the response was great. We did have an issue with billing but Dana resolved it quickly.
Busby's is the only plumbing service we will use for our rental property in Groesbeck. Plumbers are very knowledgeable and friendly. The explain the problem and what is required to fix it. I also appreciate the fact that I can get my invoice via email and pay online. Great family business.
